Job summary

Erie Home is seeking a Sales Closer in Mobile, AL to convert pre-booked appointments into signed deals. Join a fast-paced, 100% commission role with uncapped earning potential and elite paid training.

You will work with pre-qualified homeowners and close in-home demos, using our digital tools. No roofs to walk, ladder inspections required, and strong emphasis on timely, effective closing. This is a W-2 role with full benefits.

Qualifications

• No experience required—we provide elite, paid training.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility for midday, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to safely climb a ladder.
