Erie Home is seeking a Sales Closer to convert pre-booked homeowner appointments into installations. No cold calling or door knocking—just show up and close.

You will join a high-earning, performance-driven team with uncapped commissions and weekly pay. Elite paid training and a solid W-2 benefits package support your success.

Earn $125k-$250k potential, with top reps earning well beyond. This role includes health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability options, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• No experience required—we provide elite, paid training.

• Flexibility for midday, evening, and weekend shifts.
