Qualifications

• Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to win.
• Outgoing and comfortable talking to anyone in a door-to-door setting.
• Valid driver’s license and a pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days).
• Comfortable working outdoors, climbing ladders, and knocking doors consistently.
• Background in sports, military, or hospitality can thrive here.

Responsibilities

• Knock & Connect: canvass neighborhoods and build relationships with homeowners.
• Inspect & Educate: identify storm damage and explain the restoration process.
• Advocate: guide homeowners through the insurance claims process from start to finish.
• Manage: oversee projects from first knock to final shingle, ensuring 5-star service.
• Grow: build a referral network to keep your pipeline full.
