Job summary

3MG Roofing is seeking a Roofing Repair Assistant to join the Orlando territory team. You will perform routine inspections, assist on service calls, and help maintain high-quality roofing work on commercial properties.

Working from our Winter Park office, you’ll handle documentation, ensure safety, and deliver A+ customer service on every job while progressing toward forklift certification and benefit eligibility.

Qualifications

• Commercial roofing experience required.
• TPO, Metal, Tile and Shingle experience required.
• Valid driver license required.
• Must pass 3MG Insurance requirements to drive vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on commercial roofing to identify issues and ensure functionality.
• You will be scheduled to go to multiple service calls daily, review scope, investigate leaks, and report to the service manager.
• Prepare before, during, and after photos for every job to document progress.
• Provide A+ customer service on site and report back to management.

Roofing Repair Assistant

Overview

As a Roofing Repair Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of commercial equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventative Maintenance on commercial equipment to identify potential issues and ensure proper functionality.
• You will be scheduled to go to multiple service calls each day. Review scope, investigate leaks, solve problems and report back to the service manager

Daily tasks include but are not limited to:

• Before, during and after photos on EVERY job.
• Reporting back to service manager during and after each job
• Working in a timely manner + maintaining quality of work to reduce call backs.
• A+ customer service when on job site.

Requirements

• Commercial roofing experience required
• TPO, Metal, Tile and Shingle experience required
• Must have valid driver's license. Must pass 3MG Insurance requirements to drive vehicle.
• Strong attention to detail and reporting experience is required

Location

Reporting into our Winter Park office working in the Orlando territory

Job Type

Full Time, hourly

Pay

$18-20/hr. (based off experience) with the opportunity to get overtime
