Centimark Corporation, the largest commercial roofing contractor in the U.S., is looking for a full-time Quality Control Technician to support their teams in Jessup, Maryland. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of commercial roofing experience and safety knowledge. Responsibilities include monitoring projects, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and installation standards. The position offers competitive pay between $27/hr - $32/hr and a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health insurance plans, 401K options, and more.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of commercial roofing experience preferred.
• Construction safety knowledge preferred.
• Capability to interpret blueprints is a plus.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet.
• Valid driver's license (in good standing).

Responsibilities

• Confirm crews are at appropriate job sites daily.
• Perform inspections of jobs in production.
• Document all onsite visits.
• Enforce installation specifications.
• Monitor OSHA safety guidelines.
• Conduct final QC inspection within 24 hours after job completion.
