Job summary

FNF Roofing Inc. is seeking a Roofing Jobsite Superintendent / Project Manager in Tucson, AZ to oversee projects from start to finish. The role involves posting permits, coordinating inspections, and ensuring timely, code-compliant work while maintaining accurate records and strong customer service.

The position is full-time and may require work in both office and field environments. Weekend work can be required depending on project demands and schedules.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must comply with OSHA safety regulations and company procedures and policies.
• Must maintain expected performance standards and customer service expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee roofing projects from start to finish.
• Ensure proper posting of permits on each jobsite.
• Call in inspections and ensure proper scheduling and passing.
• Cross-check with sales orders and report discrepancies for resolution.
• Take and document photos during roof removal and material replacements.
• Coordinate dump trailer setup and perform routine trailer maintenance.
• Conduct roof installation inspections with progress photos and quality checks.
• Perform final job inspections including magnet sweeps and compliance verification.
• Submit completed job folders to the office after final inspection and completion.
