Shamrock Roofing & Construction in Lincoln, NE seeks an energetic Roofing Project Manager for outside sales. This is a 1099 commission-based role with pay averages from $70,000 to $150,000+ per year; top performers exceed $200,000. You’ll lead canvassing efforts, educate homeowners, and coordinate project details with our team.

We provide detailed training, leadership opportunities, and bonuses. Some company-provided leads exist, but self-generated leads are expected for success.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable with door-to-door sales and self-generated leads.
• Outside sales experience is a plus.
