Dauntless Roofing Systems in Tampa, FL is seeking an experienced Roofing Project Manager with Operations and Business Development responsibilities to grow our roofing division. You will oversee commercial and residential roofing projects from pursuit through completion, coordinate crews and suppliers, monitor budgets, quality, safety, and schedule while building relationships with clients.

• Proven experience in roofing project management, operations, or business development.
• Strong understanding of commercial and residential roofing systems, installation practices, building codes, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial and residential roofing projects from planning through successful completion.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, materials, equipment, and project schedules.
• Work in collaboration with our estimating team, suppliers and other company resources to provide competitive pricing.
• Monitor project budgets, profitability, quality control, safety compliance, and overall performance.
• Conduct site visits, review project plans, manage change orders, and proactively resolve field challenges.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and communication with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
