Job summary

Roofing Talent America LTD is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Commercial Roofing) to supervise a multi-project book across low-slope and steep-slope systems from start to finish.

You will order materials and equipment, schedule crews and subcontractors, and on-site oversee work to meet company and manufacturer standards while moving between jobs and maintaining multiple projects at different stages. Based in/relocating to the Myrtle Beach/Conway market, with growth potential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years managing commercial roofing projects.
• Hands-on knowledge of low-slope systems.
• Steep-slope and specialty experience preferred.
• A track record running multiple jobs concurrently.
• Physically fit for site work, including climbing ladders and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Order materials, equipment and tools for each job and schedule crews and subcontractors.
• Supervise on-site to ensure work meets company and manufacturer standards.
• Move between jobs on roofs and ladders while managing several projects at different stages.
