The successful candidate will manage project direction, oversee financial outcomes, and build relationships with customers and subcontractors. A proven track record in project management, excellent communication skills, and a knowledge of roofing systems are essential. This role may require managing multiple projects and developing customer relations in a fast-paced environment. Preferred experience includes roofing and waterproofing project management.

Qualifications

• Proven track record on fast paced, commercial remodel projects.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrates solid verbal/written skills.
• Past roofing and/or waterproofing project management experience preferred but not required.
• Bi-lingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the primary company representative responsible for project direction and completion.
• Reviews contract documents with all project participants.
• Builds effective relationships with customers and subcontractors.
• Manages material, equipment, and subcontract procurement if necessary.
