Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of roofing industry experience with a focus on commercial roofing and sheet metal.
• Experience managing, mentoring and training crews.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and interpret schedules and bid data.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead handoff and kickoff meetings.
• Maintain client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure project setup paperwork is accurate and complete.
• Identify permits, materials, and labor requirements.
• Follow up on submittal approvals and issue PO requests.
• Assist Field Supervisor with project startup and scheduling.
• Solicit subcontractor quotes, issue awards and define scope of work.
• Attend on-site construction meetings and manage weekly project schedules.
• Prepare and issue change orders and track execution.
• Monitor job costs and investigate variances.
• Coordinate with Accounting and Payroll on invoices.
• Ensure daily reports and necessary materials/tools are available.
• Support Field Supervisors with miscellaneous tasks and correspondence.
• Facilitate closeout documents and final billing.
• Complete post-job after action forms and meetings.
• Obtain customer satisfaction surveys.
