Job summary
gpac in California is seeking a Commercial Roofing Sales/Project Manager to bring in new business and manage projects through to completion. You will build relationships with property managers and management companies to secure service/repair and re-roof jobs.
The ideal candidate will handle project coordination and maintain open lines of communication with clients, site managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in commercial roofing and/or construction.
- Knowledge of roofing products, systems, and manufacturer specifications.
- Growth mindset with strong desire to develop relationships and drive revenue.
