Job summary

Centimark Corporation in Des Moines is seeking an experienced Roofing Field Supervisor to oversee multiple production crews and ensure on-time project completion. You will collaborate with the Service Director and Warehouse Manager to source materials, set up safe job sites, and perform pre- and post-job inspections.

Daily communication with customers and crews is essential. Candidate should have 2+ years in project management or field supervision in commercial roofing, strong blueprint reading,

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project management or field supervision in commercial roofing
• Knowledge of multiple roofing assemblies and leak detection preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite & email proficiency
• Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal & organizational skills
• Ability to interpret blueprints is a plus
• Lift 50 lbs. and climb ladders to 25 ft minimum
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Able to work weekends/holidays, travel out of town and overtime as needed

Job Summary: Supervise multiple production/service roofing crews to plan and execute a successful project. Will work closely with the Service Director & Warehouse Manager to order project materials. Responsible for setting up and maintaining a safe job site, conducting pre-job & post-job inspections and maintaining paperwork. Will have daily communication with both the customer and employees.

Candidate Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in Project Management or Field Supervision in the commercial roofing field
• Knowledge of multiple commercial roofing assemblies and leak detection is highly preferred
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite & email
• Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal & organizational skills
• The ability to interpret blueprints is a plus
• Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Valid Driver’s License & reliable transportation
• Able to work weekends and/or holidays, out of town travel and overtime - as needed
