Job summary

CentiMark Corporation, the national leader in commercial roofing, seeks a Roofing Field Supervisor in Monroe, NC. You will supervise crews, plan projects, and coordinate material orders with branch and warehouse managers to ensure safe, efficient job execution.

You will maintain site safety, perform pre/post inspections, and handle project paperwork while communicating daily with customers and field staff. Weekend work, travel, and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Project Management or Field Supervision in the commercial roofing field.
• Leadership, management and project management skills.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite & email.
• Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal & organizational skills.
• Capability to interpret blueprints is a plus.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and climb ladders to 25 feet.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Able to work weekends and/or holidays, out of town travel and overtime - as needed.

Job Summary:

Supervise multiple production/service roofing crews to plan and execute a successful project. Will work closely with the Branch Manager & Warehouse Manager to order project materials. Responsible for setting up and maintaining a safe job site, conducting pre-job & post-job inspections and maintaining paperwork. Will have daily communication with both the customer and employees.
