Qualifications

• 7+ years in roofing or construction, with 5+ years in leadership or operations management.
• Hands-on experience with major roofing systems (shingles, metal, TPO, PVC, EPDM).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full production lifecycle: planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout.
• Coordinate sales-to-production handoffs for seamless project starts.
• Lead daily team huddles and ensure safety standards.
