Ideal Roofing and Solar is looking for a production assistant to work with our team and assist in completing roofing, siding, window, and paint projects. This position offers a monitored company vehicle, gas card, and tools. It is a full-time employee position, not a 1099/sub-contractor role.

Tasks include:

1. Assisting production managers with material pickup and delivery
2. Cleaning up job sites after projects
3. Coordinating with the office manager for inspections and ladder setup
4. Driving to and from projects daily
5. Entering notes in CRM software
6. Monitoring project scope adherence on-site
7. Photographing ongoing projects for documentation and billing
8. Occasionally collecting homeowner payments

This role is suited for someone task-oriented, good at communication, eager to learn project management, and willing to work hard during the busy seasons with lighter winter hours and paid time off from Dec. 15 to Mar. 15. Opportunities for advancement to management roles exist within 6 to 18 months.
