Job summary

Lula is seeking a 1099 Roofing Pro to handle property maintenance for thousands of rental properties across the Waco area. You will perform roofing repairs, installations, and maintenance while coordinating with property managers to minimize disruption.

As part of Lula's network, you set your own hourly rates and are paid for labor and parts within 1-3 days. A valid General Liability Insurance policy and vendor onboarding approval are required to join.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have General Liability Insurance.
• No felonies within the past 7 years.
• Be friendly, respectful, and punctual.
• Must provide your own tools and materials.
• Must complete vendor onboarding and be approved.

Responsibilities

• Perform roofing repairs and maintenance for rental properties.
• Install new roofs as needed and coordinate with property managers.
• Ensure work is completed safely and to standard.
