Lula in Greenville is seeking a 1099 Roofing Pro to support maintenance across thousands of rental properties in the Greenville area. You will work as an independent contractor, selecting jobs you want and setting your own hourly rate.

You must provide your own tools and materials, have General Liability Insurance, be 18 or older, and complete Lula onboarding. Flexible scheduling and prompt payment help you manage multiple properties efficiently.

• Coordinate with Lula and property managers to schedule and complete work efficiently.
