Job summary

Lula is seeking a 1099 Roofing Pro to assist with property maintenance across the Denver area. You will inspect and repair roofing on rental properties, bring your own tools, and work independently on projects as they arise.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have General Liability Insurance, no felonies in the past 7 years, and can complete Lula onboarding to access new jobs. You set your own hourly rate and get paid for labor and parts within 1-3 days.
