Requirements include being 18+, carrying General Liability Insurance, and no felonies in the past 7 years; onboarding with Lula and a friendly, punctual demeanor are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Must have General Liability Insurance.
• No felonies within the past 7 years.
• Be friendly, respectful, and punctual.
• Must provide your own tools and materials.
• Must complete vendor onboarding and be approved.
• Experience in rental property industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform roofing and property maintenance tasks for Lula-provided rental properties across the St. Paul area.
• Collaborate with Lula and property managers to coordinate repairs and maintenance.
• Set and manage expectations with property owners and residents, ensuring timely service.
