Mighty Dog Roofing is seeking proven sales producers in the Winston-Salem area. You will meet homeowners, discuss roof inspections, insurance-related issues, and repair options, while leveraging company leads and your own pipeline to close deals.

We provide leads, systems, and support to help you scale income. Expect a 30-day onboarding, KPI bonuses, and the freedom to set your schedule and build a strong local presence with the Mighty Dog brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience.
• Willing to climb roofs for inspections.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.

After 30 Days — Choose Your Path:

• Growth Plan: Base pay options


• Producer Plan: 100% commission + higher earning potential
