Job summary

Erie Home is hiring Sales Representatives to drive growth with pre-qualified leads, paid training, and earnings potential up to $250k+ per year, with uncapped commissions and weekly pay. You will conduct in-home presentations, handle ladder-safe inspections, and close deals while traveling to customer sites across the region.

No prior sales experience required; full training provided. This role offers medical/dental/vision, 401k with company match, and a clear path to management as we expand

Qualifications

• No sales or construction experience needed – we provide full training!
• Midday, evening, & weekend availability
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to in-home appointments
• Must be able to safely ascend, descend and work from ladders per safety procedures

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-confirmed appointments starting between 1 pm and 7:30 pm
• Conduct in-home sales presentations & product demos
• Use software for precise measurements
• Assess damage through ladder or attic inspections
• Negotiate & close deals to meet homeowner needs
