Job summary

Erie Home is seeking Sales Representatives to grow our residential roofing solutions nationwide. You’ll close deals using pre-qualified leads, attend scheduled in-home appointments, and benefit from uncapped commissions with weekly pay and training.

With 100+ locations and strong internal advancement, earn $125,000–$250,000+ annually. Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel to appointments; training provided, W-2 benefits available.

Qualifications

• No sales or construction experience needed; we provide full training.
• Midday, evening, and weekend availability.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel to and from in-home appointments.
• Must be able to safely ascend, descend, and work from ladders in accordance with Company safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-confirmed in-home appointments starting between 1 pm and 7:30 pm.
• Conduct in-home sales presentations & product demos.
• Use software for precise measurements.
• Negotiate & close deals to meet homeowner’s needs.
