Job summary

Erie Home is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to help homeowners with residential roofing solutions. You’ll receive pre-qualified leads, paid training, and access to a proven sales process designed to maximize income.

Earn uncapped commissions with weekly pay and enjoy benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401k match. Earn between $125,000 and $250,000+ annually, with $3,000 quick-start upon start.

Qualifications

• No sales or construction experience needed – we provide full training!
• Midday, evening, and weekend availability
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation with auto insurance, and the ability to travel to in-home appointments
• Must be able to safely ascend, descend, and work from ladders per company safety procedures
• Ladder weight limit up to 375 pounds including user weight and tools

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-confirmed appointments starting between 1 pm and 7:30 pm
• Conduct in-home sales presentations and product demos
• Use software for precise measurements and estimates
• Negotiate and close deals to meet homeowners’ needs
• Start days with team meetings to strategize and plan
