Jobot is partnering with a growing local general contractor in Richboro, PA to hire a Roofing Operations Manager. You will lead field teams, coordinate scheduling, ensure safety, and manage project documentation to deliver high-quality roofing projects on time and on budget.

The role offers a competitive salary range of $100,000–$130,000 per year plus a company vehicle, health/dental/vision coverage, PTO, holidays, and strong opportunities for leadership development and career growth.

Formación

• Minimum 2+ years in roofing or construction coordination.
• Experience coordinating field crews, schedules, and material deliveries.
• Proficiency with CRM, scheduling, and project management tools.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication.
