CentiMark Corporation, the nation’s largest roofing contractor, seeks an experienced Roofing Operations Manager for the Specialty Division in Jessup, MD. You will supervise the office and surrounding areas, coordinate turnkey roofing projects, and ensure timely installation, safety, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial roofing, strong leadership, blueprint reading, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing.
• Blueprint reading proficiency required.
• Ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
• Previous roofing/construction operations management experience is highly preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Managing the Profit and Loss Statement.
• Recruiting and retaining qualified workers.
• Ensuring safe, profitable and quality commercial roofing projects.
• Manage the field supervisor(s), field workers and service manager.
• Working closely with both sales and technical staff.
• Addressing all problems that may arise during projects.
• Ensure complete and thorough inspections of the job site before and after the project is completed.

CentiMark Corporation is the nation’s largest commercial/industrial roofing company with over 100 offices and 3,500 employees. We are seeking an industry professional for the Roofing Operations Manager role in our Specialty Division in Jessup, MD to successfully lead the office and surrounding areas. The Operations Manager will supervise, coordinate and ensure the timely installation and completion of roofing projects both for Production and Service. They will be responsible for managing employee relations, job supervision and customer satisfaction.

This position is paying $90k - $110k base, with lucrative bonus opportunities!
