Job summary

Crump Roofing in Rathdrum, Idaho is seeking motivated individuals to work in a fast-paced, physical environment. No experience required; drivers license and SSN required; tools and training provided. Duties include installing and repairing roofs and flashings, removing old materials, and preparing surfaces.

This role emphasizes safe, accurate work and good communication with the foreman. Hours are 8-5, Mon-Fri, with weekend work available upon request; starting pay is $35 per square.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Must have a valid Driver's Licence and Social Security Number.
• Excellent communication skills (listening, speaking, writing) and the ability to follow foreman directions.

Crump Roofing is looking for motivated individuals to work in a fast-paced, physical work environment. Employees are required to communicate with their Foreman to complete the daily project goals. Communication is vital in this industry and includes listening, speaking, and writing. Working on the top of the world most days is priceless; however, you must be able to get there. Climbing ladders and working at heights is an absolute must. Employees must have the ability to perform assigned tasks daily with strong attention to detail. Pre-Employment Screening: Physical, Drug Screening, and Background check required.
