No experience required. Drivers Licence, Social Security Number required. Tools & Training Provided. Crump Roofing is looking for motivated individuals to work in a fast-paced, physical work environment. Employees are required to communicate with their Foreman to complete the daily project goals. Communication is vital in this industry and includes listening, speaking, and writing. Working on the top of the world most days is priceless; however, you must be able to get there. Climbing ladders and working at heights is an absolute must. Employees must have the ability to perform assigned tasks daily with strong attention to detail. Pre-Employment Screening: Physical, Drug Screening, and Background check required.

Install and repair roofs and flashings.

Remove old roofing materials (tear off).

Sweep and clean roofs to prepare them for the application of new roofing materials.

We specialize in architectural composition shingles which range from 30 year roofing all the way to lifetime roofs. We also do metal, tile roofs and repairs.
