Job summary

Bliss Roofing in Bend, Oregon, seeks an Installation Manager to lead residential roofing projects from planning through completion. You will manage crews, scheduling, safety, and customer satisfaction while coordinating materials and handling cost controls.

The role requires roofing/construction leadership, strong computer skills including ServiceTitan, and a valid driver’s license. Expect full-time hours with competitive salary and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in roofing or construction as a project manager or leader.
• Strong computer literacy, with ability to use ServiceTitan or similar software.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Solid leadership experience with ability to manage and develop a team.
• Problem-solving and prioritization experience while handling multiple projects at once.

Responsibilities

• Assign crews to jobs based on workload and capabilities, maximizing capacity.
• Address project challenges in real time, coordinating materials and equipment.
• Review and validate change orders for accuracy and margin adherence.
• Quality control for photos and reports to ensure work meets standards.
• Oversee crew pay and relay data to Production Administrators for costing.
• Occasionally visit sites for spot checks and quality control.
• Serve as a technical resource for crew leaders on roofing or ServiceTitan questions.
• Maintain focus on Google review performance.
