Job summary

Bluethread Services is seeking a Roofing Foreman in the Phoenix, AZ area to lead roofing crews during installation, ensure safety, and deliver projects on time and under budget. The role requires strong leadership and hands-on oversight of inspections and crew management.

The Foreman will coordinate with the Superintendent, supervise safety inspections and quality, and ensure all work meets specifications for EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, foam, shingles, tile and metal systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with commercial high and low-slope roofing.
• Familiarity with SP roofing systems: EPDM, TPO, PVC; BUR, foam, shingle, tile and metal roofs.
• Completion of an apprenticeship program.
• Experience leading roofing crews.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew and instruct workers, assign and allocate tasks.
• Maintain site safety and OSHA compliance; conduct daily safety briefings.
• Direct roof installations to match specifications; ensure quality workmanship.
• Document progress, communicate schedules and changes with Superintendent.
• Manage materials, inventory, and equipment; coordinate with Account Manager.
• Provide daily status updates and end-of-project walk-through with photos.
