5+ years in commercial roofing service as a foreman.

Responsibilities

Locate leaks and perform quality roof repairs safely and promptly.
Complete defined scope projects and preventative maintenance activities.
Work with customers and coworkers with courtesy and respect.
Have knowledge of all roof systems (Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO/PVC, Tile, Coatings, Metal, Sheet Metal).

Job Summary:

As a Roofing Service Foreman, you will be responsible for locating leaks and performing quality roof repairs in a safe and timely manner, while treating customers and fellow employees with courtesy and respect. Job duties also include the completion of defined scope projects and preventative maintenance activities. Must have knowledge of all roof systems including applied Modified Bitumen, E.P.D.M., Heat Welded TPO/PVC Membranes, Tile, Coatings, Metal Roof systems, Sheet Metal and related roof accessories.
