Job summary

Icon Roofing is seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman to lead commercial roofing crews on projects across Eastern Washington and neighboring regions. You will supervise day-to-day field operations, coordinate materials and crew assignments, and ensure work meets project requirements, manufacturer specs, and company standards.

The ideal candidate brings strong commercial roofing experience, leadership ability, and a solid commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and on-time performance.

Qualifications

• Foreman, lead, or crew leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with TPO, PVC, EPDM, and/or metal roofing systems preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing installation practices.
• Safety-oriented mindset with the ability to lead by example.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to read plans, details, and project documents preferred.
• Ability to perform physical work on a regular basis.
• Ability to lift 50 to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct commercial roofing crews on assigned projects.
• Install and oversee the installation of TPO, PVC, EPDM, metal roofing, insulation, flashing, and related roof system components.
• Read and understand project plans, specifications, details, and manufacturer requirements.
• Coordinate daily work tasks, material needs, tools, equipment, and crew assignments.
• Monitor jobsite safety and ensure company safety practices are followed.
• Communicate with project managers, superintendents, crew members, and other trades as needed.
• Maintain quality control throughout the installation process.
• Track job progress and help ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule. Train and mentor less‑experienced crew members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.

Position Summary
