Job summary

CentiMark Corporation in Honolulu, HI is seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman to lead a crew of 5 to 8 on commercial roofing projects. You will coordinate with the Field Supervisor, communicate with customers, and ensure safety and paperwork are handled.

The position offers year-round work, competitive pay ranging $35 to $40 per hour, and opportunities for growth, with quick interviews and strong backlogs of work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two or more years’ experience in commercial roofing.
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Experience with EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. and Metal Roof Repairs.
• A valid state driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and climb ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet.
• Able to work weekends and/or holidays when scheduled in advance.
• Must be willing to work 50 hours a week.
• Must be able to travel to outer islands for day trips and also overnight trips.
• A desire to grow within the company.

The pay range is $35/hr - $40/hr, based on experience.
