Job summary

A leading commercial roofing contractor in Honolulu, HI is seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman. This role involves leading and training a crew, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, and managing paperwork. The ideal candidate will have at least two years in commercial roofing and be familiar with various roofing systems such as EPDM and TPO. Qualifications

Minimum of two years’ experience in Commercial Roofing.
Experience with various roofing materials and safety procedures.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and climb to heights of 25 feet.
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to outer islands.

Responsibilities

Lead and train a crew of 5 to 8 people in field applications.
Work with the Field Supervisor to liaise with customers.
Ensure adherence to CentiMark Safety Policies.

Job Summary

Will lead and train a crew of 5 to 8 people with field applications. Work with the Field Supervisor to communicate with customers and management. Responsible for paperwork, time sheets and ensuring CentiMark Safety Policies are being followed.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum of two (2) or more years’ experience in Commercial Roofing
Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
Experience with: EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. and Metal Roof Repairs
A valid state driver’s license (in good standing); Have reliable transportation
Able to lift 50 lbs. and climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
Able to work weekends and/or holidays when scheduled in advance
Must be willing to work 50 hours a week
Must be able to travel to outer islands for day trips and also overnight trips
A desire to grow within the company
