Job summary

Daniels Property Group (DPG) leads roofing repair and replacement across its national portfolio, shaping best practices while mentoring internal crews. This role supports facilities that underpin essential healthcare services and ensures high-quality workmanship without chasing external bids.

The successful candidate will oversee estimates, procurement, scheduling, and documentation, and travel nationwide to support Daniels facilities, maintaining OSHA compliance and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience.
• Experience leading roofing crews as Foreman or Superintendent.
• Experience with TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, metal roofing, and roof repairs.
• Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise roof repair and replacement projects across Daniels facilities.
• Direct and mentor internal roofing crews.
• Oversee estimating, material procurement, scheduling, and project documentation.
• Plan daily work activities, manpower, materials, and equipment needs.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors when project requirements dictate.
• Perform roof inspections and identify repair recommendations.
• Support additional facility improvement and construction projects as needed.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and all applicable safety requirements.
• Work closely with Property Management, Facilities, and Construction teams to prioritize roofing projects.
• Travel throughout the United States to support Daniels facilities.

We're looking for an experienced Roofing Foreman to lead roof repair and replacement projects across our national portfolio. What we are looking for

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience
• Previous experience leading roofing crews as a Foreman or Superintendent
• Experience with commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, metal roofing, and roof repairs
• Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and roofing best practices
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the United States
