Job summary

Daniels Health is expanding its internal construction team and seeking Roofing Technicians to join the nationwide roofing program. You will travel across the United States performing inspections, repairs, maintenance and replacement projects on Daniels-owned facilities alongside our Roofing Foreman.

This role focuses on quality workmanship within our properties, with safety standards, and opportunities to support facility improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial roofing experience.
• Experience with TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and metal roofing.
• Ability to work at heights and travel extensively.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial roof repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance.
• Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, metal roofing, flashing, sealants, and associated components.
• Assist with roof inspections and identify maintenance or repair needs.
• Safely operate roofing tools, equipment, lifts, and fall protection systems.
• Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment at project sites.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow OSHA regulations and Daniels safety procedures at all times.
• Work closely with the Roofing Foreman / Superintendent to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Support additional facility improvement and construction projects as needed.
• Travel extensively throughout the United States to support Daniels facilities.
