Scott's Roofing in Bend, OR is seeking a Roofing Foreman to lead a crew on residential and commercial roofs. You will work on the roof alongside your crew, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of projects.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years as a roofing foreman on composition shingles and 5+ years of roofing install experience, with a valid license and the ability to lift 50 lbs in all weather. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a roofing foreman on composition shingles.
• 5+ years roofing install experience.
• Valid driver's license with insurable record.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in all weather.
• Demonstrated leadership, reliability, and strong communication.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

Roofing Foreman — Composition Shingles Scott's Roofing | Bend, OR | Full-time

Pay: $42/square + weekly bonuses ($31–$45/hr equivalent). Company truck and gas card provided.

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7AM–5PM. Weekend availability as needed. In person, based out of Bend.

• Lead a crew on residential and commercial roofs start to finish — this is a working foreman role, you're on the roof tearing off and installing alongside your crew
• Enforce safety and quality standards
• Run daily job-site logistics and communicate with customers and the office
• Hold timelines and coach your crew

Requirements

• 2+ years as a roofing foreman on composition shingles
• 5+ years roofing install experience
• Valid driver's license, insurable record
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in all weather
