Job summary

CentiMark Corporation, the nation’s leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, seeks an entry-level Roofing Technical Representative to support Sales Representatives in our Baton Rouge office. The role includes on-the-job training, benefits, and room to grow.

Responsibilities include inspecting roofs, communicating with customers, measuring roofs, and assisting in proposals for customers. Growth opportunities and drone license pathway are noted in the compensation plan.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial roofing systems (THERMOPLASTIC, BUR, METAL, SHINGLES, TILE, SPF FOAM & COATINGS) preferred but training available.
• College degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Able to climb ladders to 25 feet.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers’ locations and inspect commercial roofs.
• Communicate with customers and identify problem areas on roofs.
• Measure commercial roofs and estimate materials and labor required to re-roof.
• Work with the sales team to prepare accurate proposals for customers.
• Assist in marketing for new accounts.
