Bartlett Roofing in Eagle, Idaho is looking for a Roofing Field Supervisor to lead crews on site, oversee subs, and ensure quality workmanship. You will perform on-site inspections, handle small repairs, and stay hands-on with skilled tasks rather than heavy labor.

The role emphasizes safety, clear customer communication, and coordinating with scheduling for material availability. A clean driving record and ability to climb roofs are required, with good earning potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of asphalt/shingle and/ or low slope roofing experience.
• 1-2 years of construction experience (fascia, soffit, siding, etc.) strongly preferred.
• Comfortable climbing a ladder and getting on and off roofs for inspections and repairs.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews and subs on site and hold them to our standard: quality work, finished clean and on time
• Make sure every crew follows job site safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Complete midpoint inspections documenting tear-off and installation
• Handle small repairs yourself, like shingles, fascia, soffit, and siding touch-ups
• Be the friendly face on site: answer customer questions, solve issues, and help us earn great reviews
• Coordinate with scheduling and management when materials run short, and pick up from suppliers when needed
• Visit warranty and repair jobs to see issues firsthand and report back to leadership
• Help track returns, materials, and labor with the market team
• Keep your company truck clean and organized

Roofing Field Supervisor: Lead the Work, Not the Labor

Youveput in the years on the roof. You know what a good install looks like, you can spot a bad one from the driveway, and you know how a crew should run. Now put that knowledge to work without putting your body through the hardest parts.

At Bartlett Roofing, our Field Supervisors leave the tear-offs, the dumpster runs, and hauling bundles up ladders to the install crews. Youll oversee our crews and subs, make sure the work is done right and done safely, handle small repairs yourself, and be the go-to person for our customers. Youll still use your hands, but on the skilled work, not the backbreaking work.

What Youll Do
