Job summary

Bartlett Roofing is hiring a Roofing Field Supervisor in Boise, Idaho. You will oversee install crews and subs, ensure work is performed safely and to spec, and handle minor repairs yourself. This role keeps you on the roof at times, rather than just directing from the ground.

You will communicate with customers, resolve issues, and support scheduling, materials, and field operations. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of asphalt/shingle or low slope roofing experience.
• 1-2 years of construction experience (fascia, soffit, siding) strongly preferred.
• Comfortable climbing a ladder and accessing roofs for inspections and repairs.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews and subs on site to quality work finished on time.
• Ensure safety procedures and OSHA guidelines are followed.
• Complete midpoint inspections documenting tear-off and installation.
• Handle small repairs (shingles, fascia, soffit, siding touch-ups).
• Be the friendly face on site: answer customer questions and help earn great reviews.
• Coordinate with scheduling and management when materials are short and pick up from suppliers as needed.
• Visit warranty/repair jobs to see issues and report to leadership.
• Track returns, materials, and labor with the market team.
• Keep the company truck clean and organized.

Roofing Field Supervisor: Lead the Work, Not the Labor

Youveput in the years on the roof. You know what a good install looks like, you can spot a bad one from the driveway, and you know how a crew should run. Now put that knowledge to work without putting your body through the hardest parts.

At Bartlett Roofing, our Field Supervisors leave the tear-offs, the dumpster runs, and hauling bundles up ladders to the install crews. Youll oversee our crews and subs, make sure the work is done right and done safely, handle small repairs yourself, and be the go-to person for our customers. Youll still use your hands, but on the skilled work, not the backbreaking work.

What Youll Do

• Leadcrews and subs on site and hold them to our standard: quality work, finished clean and on time
• Make sure every crew follows job site safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Complete midpoint inspections documenting tear-off and installation
• Handle small repairs yourself, like shingles, fascia, soffit, and siding touch-ups
• Be the friendly face on site: answer customer questions, solve issues, and help us earn great reviews

What You Bring
