Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a Roofing Field Supervisor to oversee residential roofing projects from start to finish. You will supervise crews, coordinate workflow, ensure safety and quality, and be the main point of contact for homeowners.

This role requires staying in the field with travel in the local market, mentoring crew members, and driving project improvements while upholding company standards. Competitive compensation and benefits accompany growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• 1-3 years industry experience preferred.
• Ability to work two Saturdays per month during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day field operations and oversee residential roofing projects from start to finish.
• Lead crews and coordinate workflow to ensure safety and quality standards.
• Serve as main point of contact with homeowners during projects, start to finish.
• Prepare and collect invoices upon job completion.
• Inspect work for compliance with company standards and local regulations.
• Daily travel within the home market.
• Mentor and train crew members to promote skill development and team cohesion.
