Job summary

Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a Field Supervisor to manage daily field operations and ensure residential roofing projects meet company standards. You will lead crews, drive safety, and maintain strong customer service with homeowners throughout each project.

The role requires supervising personnel on-site, coordinating schedules, and communicating with production staff. Local travel and a standard on-site schedule are expected, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years roofing or construction experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Ability to supervise crews and lead teams on residential roofing projects
• Willingness to work on-site with local travel and overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Oversee roofing crews and coordinate daily jobsite activities from start to finish
• Monitor projects to ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion
• Lead communication between homeowners and internal production staff
