Job summary

CentiMark Corporation in Dallas, TX seeks an experienced Roofing Field Supervisor to oversee production and service crews on commercial roofing projects. You will coordinate with the Operations Manager to order materials and set up a safe, compliant job site.

The role requires 2+ years in field supervision, strong leadership, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders. Weekend work, travel, and overtime may be required; generous growth opportunities and benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Project Management or Field Supervision in the commercial roofing field.
• Leadership, management and project management skills.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite & email.
• Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal & organizational skills.
• Capability of interpreting blueprints is a plus.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet.
• Valid Driver’s License & reliable transportation.
• Able to work weekends and/or holidays, out of town travel and overtime - as needed.

Job Summary:

Supervise multiple production/service crews to plan and execute a successful project. Will work closely with the Operations Manager & Warehouse Manager to order project materials. Responsible for setting up and maintaining a safe job site, conducting pre-job & post-job inspections and maintaining paperwork. Will have daily communication with both the customer and employees.
