Job summary

CSG Talent is seeking a Field Superintendent to oversee commercial roofing crews across multiple jobsites, ensuring craftsmanship, quality and timely production from start to finish.

The role emphasizes safety and on-site supervision, with duties including coordinating inspections, training staff, maintaining project documentation, and working with the Operations Manager to monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Commercial roofing experience, 5+ years.
• Supervisory experience, 2+ years.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise roofing field operations with daily worksite visits to ensure project specifications are met.
• Regularly inspect work progress, equipment and jobsites to ensure all work order details and safety protocols are followed.
• Work closely with Production foremen to train roofing field staff with an emphasis on safety and employee development.
• Maintain documentation of projects, identifying variances, monitor expenditures and implement corrective action when necessary.
• Coordinate inspections from manufacturers and governing authorities, as needed.
• Communicate with Operations Manager regularly on work progress.
• Conduct materials inventory as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned.
