Job summary

Liberty Roofing Pros is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in residential and commercial roofing. You will conduct on-site inspections, present tailored roofing solutions, and close deals in the field, with a commission-based structure and uncapped earning potential.

We provide a company vehicle, pre-scheduled appointments, and professional sales coaching — you focus on selling. Full-time, 40–50 hours per week with some evenings or weekends to accommodate homeowners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree preferred
• 2+ years outside sales or field-based experience, ideally in home improvement or construction
• Self-motivated with goal orientation; able to manage leads and follow-ups
• Strong verbal communication and concise proposal writing; CRM documentation experience
• CRM experience (HubSpot or Salesforce) required

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site roofing inspections and document findings
• Present tailored roofing solutions and close deals in the field
• Manage appointments and maintain updated pipeline in CRM
• Coordinate with operations for project handoff and scheduling
• Develop and nurture client relationships; seek referrals and repeat business
• Track performance metrics and participate in sales coaching
