Job summary

OMG Roofing, Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Representative in the Portland, OR area to drive sales for the FastenMaster Division by researching leads, building relationships with contractors, and educating customers on our fastener solutions.

You will manage accounts, meet KPI goals, coordinate with Inside Sales, and travel overnight 4-8 nights per month as needed. A high school diploma is required; 1–2 years in construction sales preferred; a valid driver's license and MS Office skills are

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ sales experience, preferably in construction.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a company vehicle.
• Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with accuracy.
• Professional demeanor with customers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Promote Safety as the Number One priority of all OMG employees.
• Achieve all targeted KPI Goals and submit monthly progress reports, reviewing the previous month’s performance and planning strategy for future months.
• Actively maintain and update company database (Salesforce) entering end-user customers in addition to new prospects.
• Maintain consistent communication with the assigned Regional Manager regarding account activities and business objectives.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels of necessary products, samples, and literature in the company vehicle.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with Inside Sales and Distribution regarding upcoming promotions, product resets, and product knowledge events.
• Conduct regular job-site visits and maintain follow-up communication.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
