Job summary

Galloway Roofing in Orlando, FL is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead in the field while coaching the sales team and driving results. You will spend most of your time in the field with some office work for meetings and training.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in roofing, home improvement, or outside sales.
• Previous coaching, training, mentoring, or sales leadership experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Spend majority of time in the field, with some office time for meetings and training.
• Lead by example and demonstrate the company’s sales process and best practices.
• Take reps with you in the field to shadow customer interactions and presentations.
• Shadow reps to ensure adherence to the sales process and provide real-time coaching.
• Help reps improve presentations, handle objections, close sales, and boost performance.
• Assist with recruiting and staffing levels for the sales team.
• Provide support to sales reps with customers or opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales meetings and training content.
• Coach and train new and existing sales reps.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to drive team performance.
