Job summary

Garcia Roofing is seeking a Field Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee roofing projects from completion through final quality approval. You will ensure workmanship meets standards, provide exceptional customer service, and manage warranties, job closeouts, and chargebacks.

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing or construction preferred.
• Must be able to climb ladders and roofs.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct final quality inspections on completed roofing projects.
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for homeowners during final walkthroughs.
• Verify workmanship meets company and manufacturer quality standards.
• Identify and coordinate corrections before project completion.
• Document completed work with photos and maintain accurate project records.
• Manage and coordinate warranty claims, ensuring timely resolution.
• Close completed jobs by verifying all documentation, inspections, and approvals.
• Investigate and process chargebacks, documenting findings and coordinating resolutions.
