Honest Abe Roofing in Terre Haute, IN is seeking a hands-on production leader to manage 1–2 residential roofing crews daily, oversee materials, ensure quality installations and timely completions.

You will not sell jobs; focus is on production, safety, and crew performance, with a clear path to larger production leadership within a national brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years residential roofing production experience.
• Experience managing subcontractor crews preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency with CRM or project management software.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily residential roofing production (1–2 crews)
• Conduct pre-install walkthroughs and post-install inspections
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
• Serve as the primary field contact for homeowners during installation
• Coordinate with sales and operations for seamless job handoffs
• Enforce safety protocols and professional jobsite standards
• Minimize callbacks and warranty issues through proactive oversight

About The Role
