Job summary

Honest Abe Roofing in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a Field Manager to work with partner roofing crews to ensure the customer experience meets and exceeds expectations from the initial consultation. You will install roofing products, perform minor repairs, maintain vehicles and tools, and support daily team meetings.

The role requires roofing/construction experience, strong communication, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Construction / Roofing experience required.
• Must possess strong communication skills and be able to converse with customers comfortably.
• Basic Computer knowledge
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to do minor repairs and help install roofing systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Positive team player attitude

Responsibilities

• Visiting, managing, and installing 1 - 2 job sites per day
• Interacting with homeowners and team members
• Accurately measuring a job and placing material orders
• Take photos before, during, and after an installation
• Maintain company vehicles and tools
• Participate in regular morning meetings

Field Manager Job Summary
